On 12/20/11 at 9:35 a.m., Columbia Police officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of White Oak Lane in reference to a check subject. Upon officers’ arrival they located Timothy Ray Jones, deceased, on the MKT Trail nearby. Evidence showed Jones had been murdered.
