Target Peeping Tom

On 05/04/08 at 1844 hours,a 22 year old female reported that while in a changing room stall, a male had tried to look up her dress with a mirror. This occurred at Target at the mall.

Surveilance cameras captured the suspect exiting the store.

This suspect is described as follows:

30-35 year old white male, goatee, glasses, jean shorts, ear length straight black or brown hair.
